Having trouble accessing a Microsoft Office document on a Chromebook?

In Moodle, when you click on a Microsoft Office document (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), if a blank screen appears click ALT key and click anywhere on the blank screen.

Then do a "save as" and it will be saved to Google Drive.
 You should be able to see it in the "recent" row.
Double click it and then "open with Google Docs."
